Yes, fasting to lose weight is really a sure fired technique to lose weight if you keep up the will power to fast, but it can be dangerous should you do too much of it.
There are other more positive ways to detox to lose weight and really I would only include fasting into a very well advanced dietary plan as doing it in the wrong fashion is not good for your overall WellBeing!
